Finance Operations Analyst -

Working Hours : MF 8am5pm CST timezone

Salary Range : $1250$1400

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review vendor bills for accuracy
• Process and apply vendor payments accurately and efficiently
• Reconcile payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records
• Manage and maintain expenditure accounts/ general ledger accounts
• Reconcile bank accounts (monthend closing)
• Assist CFO and CPA with year end closing activities and preparing tax files
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
• Utilize NetSuite for daily operations

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in financial analysis or operations
• Bachelor's degree in finance accounting or related field
• Proficiency in using NetSuite
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to reconcile accounts and process payments accurately
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proven problemsolving skills and ability to handle deadlines
• Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to learn
