Job Description

Role: Client Partner (Life Science) Location: Natick MA

Experience: 7 years

Key Skills: Client Relationship Management Business Development Account Planning & Governance

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • The Client Partner collaborates with all client team members works with their manager to build an account plan and is responsible for client management based on the account plan.
  • Client relationship management and business development: lead client relationships build a portfolio and responsible for the opportunity management cycle: ProspectEvaluateProposeClose.
  • Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery team members involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the client.
  • Account planning and governance: build the account plan including relationships required opportunities to be pursued price decisions etc.
  • Customer onsite location: This role will be based in the customer locations to ensure prospecting and leading conversations to generate new business and ensure customer delivery assurance across the functions we are present today.

Qualifications:

  • Working and managing to grow 1 max 2 accounts at minimum 3 years in a row focused on life science vertical.
  • Must have 7 years of experience selling services/solutions or in a clientfacing delivery/program management or consulting role.
  • Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • 3 5 years of validated experience with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience working with Life Science accounts.
  • Track record of interacting and building relationships with CXOlevel client contacts.
  • Handson experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
  • Strong leadership interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience.
