Job description

• Experience in requirement gathering analysis.
• Experience in Payments domain Indepth understanding of Payments in a financial institution ecommerce or online environment.
• Able to participate in/facilitate product discussions with partners to capture Product features Payments flows and functionality and overall processing.
• Ability to write well and experienced in writing various business documents i.e. business requirements document functional specifications presentations and reports.
• Can collaborate with crossfunctional teams including technology operations and testing.
• Should have knowledge about Jira Confluence Bamboo Drawio/Visio
• Strong analytical skills and able to assess multiple systems for troubleshooting.
• Should be experienced in working in Agile environment and able to write User stories with functional and nonfunctional requirements along with acceptance criteria.
• Should be able to review the Test cases scenarios alligned to Acceptance criteria.
• Should be able to understand IT environment landscape.
• Goal oriented self driven willingness to learn and customer focused.
