The hospital is in search of a fulltime Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join a wellestablished practice located a short distance Hospital. Excellent worklife balance. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform surgical procedures to address spinal disorders including but not limited to spinal fusion laminectomy and discectomy.
• Evaluate diagnose and manage patients with a variety of spinal conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in oncall rotations and provide emergency care as needed.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of surgical practices and patient outcomes.
• Engage in continuing education and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship training in Spine Surgery.
• Valid medical license to practice in the state of New York.
• Proven 7 10 years medical experience in orthopedic spine surgery with a strong track record of successful surgical outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing highquality compassionate care to patients.
