Role Description

This is a fulltime onsite role for a Senior Architect at CEG International in Doha Qatar. The Senior Architect will be responsible for architectural design project management software development integration and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The Senior Architect will work closely with a multidisciplinary team and provide leadership and expertise in architectural design and project management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum 15 years professional work experience
• Experience working in Consulting company
• UPDA Certified Grade A
• Strong background in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in project management including managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in software development and integration
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Experience in the construction industry
• Knowledge of local regulations and codes
• Expert Knowledge & skills required in AutoCAD
• Professional skills of Electrical design.
• Knowledge of Kharamaa Regulations and requirements
• Plan and implement the Architectural activities on projects and tenders under the direction of the HoS.
• To mentor coach and train staff in work processes and values to have consistency across projects.
• Lead coordinate and manage the discipline group. Ensure the safe effective and successful implementation.
• Preparation of Deliverable list & schedule and progress report
• Standardization of Design Procedures checklist and guidelines
