Social Media Specialist - Palma Real Estate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to promote our real estate listings engage with our audience and drive traffic to our website. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms excellent communication skills and a passion for real estate.

• Develop and implement social media strategies to promote real estate listings and increase brand awareness.
• Create engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Manage and maintain social media accounts including posting updates responding to comments and messages and monitoring analytics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
• Monitor trends in social media and real estate industries to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Conduct regular analysis of social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Stay uptodate with changes in social media algorithms and best practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and industry professionals to expand our reach.
• Coordinate with photographers videographers and graphic designers to create highquality visual content.
• Assist with the development of marketing materials such as brochures flyers and advertisements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a social media specialist in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms algorithms and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of real estate industry trends and terminology.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
• Experience with social media advertising is preferred.
