Entrepreneurs Experience Analyst - Endeavor

ABOUT THE JOB

Entrepreneurs Experience Analyst will work to seek identify and select Saudi Arabias top highimpact entrepreneurs. The Analyst will also contribute to other aspects of the organization such as network development executive support data management and market analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Endeavor Saudi Arabia Search & Selection Process:

• Proactively seek out and screen highpotential entrepreneurs running companies with $500000 to $15 million in annualized sales that have the potential to become regional and global market leaders.
• Assess the companies growth potential and critical challenges as well as the entrepreneurial capacity of its team.
• Draft company overviews and detailed profiles to be used at Endeavors Local and International Selection Panels analyzing: the business concept the innovation the growth potential and the management team.
• Prepare and help coach final candidates for Local and International Selection Panels.
• Keep uptodate statistics on Endeavors Selection Process and maintain an ongoing pipeline of potential entrepreneur candidates.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research potential conduits to expanding the mentor network.
• Assist in the development of boardlevel presentations and executive documents.
• Manage and update internal databases.
• Proactively support senior members of the team in daily activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree fresh graduate or 12 years of relevant work experience (international experience is a plus).
• Good business judgment: the ability to identify and evaluate worldclass entrepreneurs and companies.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work long hours and weekends at specific times.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
• Entrepreneurial personality and capacity to achieve significant results with limited resources
• Highly motivated focused creative flexible organized and able to balance multiple priorities.
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills Fluent in Arabic.
• Strong computer software proficiency (Word Excel PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel internationally.
