Job Description

Position: Admin Executive HR

Responsibilities:
  • Coordination of Annual or BiAnnual screening (Drug Test Audiometric SATA etc)
  • Assist in ordering and issuance of uniforms/safety shoes/ PPE upon onboarding
  • Submit einvoices online and Issuance of Purchase Orders
  • Coordinate with respective department on security clearance and access matters
  • PFile update & Record – New Hires / Resignees
  • Time Event –Closing dates ETC manual time in/out recording and all other related
  • To provide daytoday support in broadspectrum HR and Administrative functions
  • To assist in the collation of employment documentation (e.g. contract appraisals letters)
  • Providing guidance to staff on HR systems
  • Work pass matters (New applications renewals cancellation)
  • Maintenance of Company’s property – e.g. office/ computer equipment communications infrastructure car park allocations etc.
  • Manage and order stationery supplies
  • Data Entry Filing and Document Organisation
  • Assist in the organizing of various company activities team building employee care etc.
  • Attend to HR queries from employees and escalate (if necessary)
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Diploma/Certificate in HR Administrative or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as HR Administrative role
  • Possess knowledge on Singapore Employment Act and MOM work pass requirements
  • Resultoriented person who is organized meticulous resourceful and with good problemsolving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive approach to work with the ability to work independently and coordinate well across all levels in a fastpaced environment
  • Computer literacy adaptable and a strong sense of commitment towards work
  • Able to start immediately or on short notice will be an advantage

Point of Contact for Canteen

Monthly Canteen walk ensure canteen is clean

If vendor has any issues she will manage. Anything wrong she will settle

Maybe canteen vendor not open then inform her

Point of Contact for Carpark

if anyone wants to apply for carpark access/ carpark lots she has to settle

Day to day invoices placement fee invoices medical invoices HR invoices all kinds of invoices will go thru her

Medical checkup any form of test she will arrange for staff to go for check up and will liaise with clinic

Handle admin filing etc and payroll stuff cos they use clock in and click out. She needs to liaise with the supervisor

GM will meet with technician on a monthly basis she has to do scheduling with both GM and technicians

Uniform managing

HR portion
pick up candidate for intv
do onboarding and offboarding
issue uniform etc
take info from cdd for WP application
collect work permit
liaise with caterers on lunch events

Mon to Fri
8am530pm
Location @ Paya Lebar Air Base
Prefer cdds staying in the East

Female / Chinese / Open Age / SG PR MY (must have worked in sg before must know how to speak eng)
this candidate has to enjoy talking to people and must know powerpoint v lookup
