Tasks

What Youll Do:

• Hardware and Software Wizardry:
• Install configure and zap technical issues for both hardware and software.
• Master the digital realm by managing clientbased computer operating systems.
• Security Sentinel:
• Keep a vigilant eye on our systems tackling security or usability concerns with lightning speed.
• Safeguard our digital treasures with backups of Servers using Acronis Cyber Cloud.
• Tech Upgrades and Fortifications:
• Propel our systems into the future with upgrades that boost functionality and fortify security.
• Command an arsenal of tech tools: firewalls malware protection virtual servers and more!
• Onboarding and Troubleshooting:
• Roll out the welcome mat for new staff by setting up accounts and workstations.
• Dive into troubleshooting missions to resolve issues and outages.
• Seamless Communication and Multimedia Expertise:
• Ensure our WIFI connections are as steadfast as your resolve with 100% uptime.
• Oversee our phone system and Office 365 accounts ensuring seamless communication.
• Lend your expertise to multimedia setups from DSTV to home automation.

Requirements

Requirements:

• A high school diploma and a relevant IT diploma/certificate.
• Shiny Microsoft certifications.
• At least 3 years of experience in systems administration.
• A network ninja familiar with LAN WAN and patch management.
• A VPN virtuoso with knowledge of Office 365 Cloud services and various WIFI APs.
• Preferably an ace with DSTV systems for the hospitality industry.
• A problemsolving powerhouse for any IT tech and multimedia challenges.
• The ability to juggle multiple tasks work independently and thrive under pressure.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to precision.
• Stellar interpersonal and communication skills ready to engage at all levels.
• You need your own car.
• Must live in or around the Stellenbosch Area.
• Nonsmoker.
