The KeyNest network is made of thousands of local shops worldwide where Airbnb hosts and property managers can securely store their keys so that their new tenants/guests/cleaners/contractors can pick them up whenever is convenient.
As a global partner of Airbnb we have checked in more thanguests across 500 cities on three continents. Our team is the heart and soul of this business and its continued global expansion.
The role
We are looking for an individual who will help our expansion team by doing the following;
Communicating with existing and new customers to book demos
Demonstrating an indepth knowledge of our product offering to customers
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and ensuring deadlines are met
Who we are looking for
Excellent English knowledge of other languages a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication
Thorough attention to detail and outgoing personality
Comfortable on phone calls and emails
Strong organisational skills
Proactive selfmotivated and work well in a team environment style
Ability to work in a fastpaced everchanging environment
