Growth Creative Strategist

Hey there!

We are seeking a driven Growth & Creative Strategist that will be responsible for developing and executing effective advertising strategies across various platforms (Meta Google Taboola and other advertising channels). This individual will play a crucial role in driving the ventures success by optimizing campaigns creating compelling ad creatives and essentially serving as defacto Head of Marketing for our rapidly growing venture.

*The ideal candidate does not have to be highly trained in marketing as well train you from the ground up in our tried and proven methods.*

Youll get handson support from a skilled marketing agency and their ambitious founder throughout the first months. More important is to be a quick learner savvy at picking up new concepts and broadly familiar/intrigued with startup concepts.

Tasks

• Undergo an intensive monthtomonth onboarding and learning phase conducting kneedeep knowledge consumption and familiarizing yourself with our marketing playbook.
• Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies to achieve performance objectives.
• Create engaging ad creatives and compelling copywriting for various digital platforms.
• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing funnels webpages and email automations.
• Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices and continually seek opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Familiarity or deep interest in startup concepts performance marketing and general strategy.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisionmaking.
• Techsavvy with a willingness to learn new software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fastpaced environment.
• Passion for marketing and a desire to stay ahead of the curve.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Nearnative in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
