About the Bettermile Route Tribe:

We revolutionize lastmile delivery for drivers worldwide with our smart route optimization. Our realtime dynamic sequencing handles hundreds of stops empowering thousands of drivers through the mobile app.

Our mission: enhance the daily experience of lastmile drivers prioritizing their satisfaction and enabling realtime tracking. The Better Route app enables efficient and sustainable routes letting drivers plan their day seamlessly. Tasks

YOU WILL BE TAKING CARE OF

• Building a new application from scratch and utilizing Kotlin Multiplatform Modules where appropriate.
• Focus on delivering minimum viable products (MVP) quickly to validate ideas and iterate based on user feedback.
• Handling a dynamic adaptable and agile work environment adjusting to evolving requirements and priorities.
• Ensuring smooth collaboration and communication with crossfunctional teams to align on goals share progress and overcome challenges together.
• As you grow within the role take on mentorship responsibilities guiding junior engineers and fostering a culture of learning and development.

Requirements

YOU CHECK THESE BOXES

• Several years of professional experience working on dedicated iOS projects.
• Expertise in Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) with a focus on sharing code across platforms and teams.
• Highly confident with Swift and SwiftUI.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline (e.g. GitHub Actions).
• Solutionoriented mindset always looking for the best way to overcome challenges.
• Strong interest in the product you build with a focus on understanding and addressing user needs.
• Willingness to discuss and find solutions collaboratively with colleagues from other tech teams working on the same product.
• Strong English speaking and writing skills enabling effective communication and collaboration in an Englishlanguage environment (German is not required).
