Job description
We are looking to expand our team with a fulltime or parttime (80%) dynamic and motivated executive assistant & event planner. You will provide administrative support to the Director and his team taking a key position within the daily operation of the Center and leading the planning of events seminars business dinners and travels.
- Flawlessly organize appointments (agenda management) events seminars and lab meetings
- Reception of visitors and the organization of the program and the logistics
- Organize travel/business trips: transport accommodation logistic support
- Help prepare presentations and meetings
- Collaborate with the other admin team members to provide general administrative support
Your profile
Essential
- Professional bachelor (or equivalent experience)
- Fluent in Dutch and English for both written and oral communication
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office
- Enthused about working in an exciting young dynamic and multicultural environment
- Dynamic driven and eager to learn
- Enjoy working independently as well as collaborating with a team for larger projects
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Accurate proactive and flexible multitasker
- Diplomatic and discreet
Desirable but not required
- Experience in a personal assistant/executive assistant role or similar
- Interest in science
