Experience in requirement gathering analysis.

Experience in Payments domain Indepth understanding of Payments in a financial institution ecommerce or online environment.

Able to participate in/facilitate product discussions with partners to capture Product features Payments flows and functionality and overall processing.

Ability to write well and experience in writing various business documents i.e. business requirements document functional specifications presentations and reports.

Can collaborate with crossfunctional teams including technology operations and testing.

Should have knowledge about Jira Confluence Bamboo Drawio/Visio.

Strong analytical skills and able to assess multiple systems for troubleshooting.

Should be experienced in working in an Agile environment and able to write User stories with functional and nonfunctional requirements along with acceptance criteria.

Should be able to review the Test cases scenarios aligned to Acceptance criteria.

Should be able to understand the IT environment landscape.

Goal oriented selfdriven willingness to learn and customer focused.
