• The Department of Management Division of Information Technology (DoIT) is looking for a highly motivated .Net developer to join our Application Development (App Dev) team.
• This role is key to supporting the launch of a statewide initiative focused on increasing accessibility allowing all Iowans to more fully interact with public service websites.

The ideal candidate will:

• demonstrate solid knowledge of WCAG guidelines.
• perform manual and automated testing and document accessibility compliance
• write reports describing accessibility issues and recommendations for resolving them
• demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills written communication skills and presentation skills.
• thrive working in a collaborative team environment that embraces change and encourages innovation.
• This role will be remote Monday thru Friday during standard business hours.

Required Skills:

• C# ASP.Net MVC CORE Restful APIs Required 4years
• Entity Framework or comparable ORM Required 4years
• HTML/CSS JavaScript or jQuery Required 4 years
• Azure DevOps GIT GitHub Enterprise Required 2years
• Automated unit testing Required 2 years
• Developing on an agile scrum team Required 2years
• TSQL language skills working with MS SQLRequired 2 years
• Bootstrap 4 or above Required 1 yearTypeScript/Angular 6 or above Desired 1 year
