As a CSR at Engineous Group Inc you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
In this role you will handle a variety of customer service tasks including answering incoming calls responding to emails and live chats processing orders and returns and resolving customer issues. You will also maintain accurate and uptodate customer records and contribute to improving our overall customer service experience.
