Key Responsibilities:

• Operating graders to perform precise grading and leveling of surfaces on construction sites.
• Reading and interpreting site plans and project specifications.
• Performing routine maintenance and safety checks on the grader.
• Ensuring all work complies with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines.
• Adjusting blades and other attachments to achieve the desired grade and finish.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Grader Operator in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in operating graders and understanding grading techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
