We are hiring Social Care Worker Posts for a Nursing home located in Louth Ireland . Role Permanent fulltime role MondayFriday 35 hour working week.
Key Responsibilities
- Must be a highly skilled and responsive staff team to provide the people we support with highquality care.
- One should uphold the core values of providing respectful progressive professional and positive services.
- Play a key role in facilitating and supporting individuals in our Day Services
Requirements
- A recognised qualification as a Social Worker
- Registration with CORU essential
- Experience working in the community/primarycare desirable
- Excellent interpersonal communication initiative teamwork and time management skills
- Knowledge of policy legislation and best practice guidelines relevant to social work practice issues.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to work to tight deadlines
- A full drivers licence with access to a car
