Job Description
Paradigm is searching for an Audit Manager (CPA) to support our client a wellestablished CPA firm. In this role you will lead audit engagements manage a team of auditors and ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial statements for a diverse client base. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement after the initial six months of onsite work providing flexibility and a supportive work environment.

Location: Stockton California

As an Audit Manager (CPA) you will:
- Lead and manage audit engagements including planning execution and completion phases.
- Review financial statements and audit reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Supervise and mentor a team of auditors providing guidance and support for professional development.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored audit solutions.
- Identify and resolve audit issues ensuring timely and accurate completion of audit assignments.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
Requirements
Our skills and experience wish list includes:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting.
- Active CPA license required.
- Strong experience in singleaudit financial and internal audits.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and GAAS.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
