Nurse Practitioner Providing Innovative Erectile Dysfunction Treatments in Kingston

• Deliver high quality care by assessing screening prescribing and providing therapeutic care for patients as necessary
  
• Uphold clinical customer service through the delivery of prompt and empathetic care
  
• Provide clinical care for patients with erectile dysfunction including shockwave therapy
  

• The compensation for this position is $75.00$100.00 per hour.
  

Requirements

• Current certificate of registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a nurse practitioner in good standing.
  
• Master of Science (Nursing) or a Masters in a relevant discipline is preferred.
  
• Conducting clients interviews and examinations developing and implementing clientcentered treatment plans while integrating evidencebased health promotion practices
  
• Demonstrated ability to work as a member of the interdisciplinary team and to function within a collaborative practice model.
  
• Effective leadership capabilities including but not exclusive to teaching mentoring and supporting shared care models.
  
• Member of RNAO is an asset
  
• Additional professional liability coverage (i.e. RNAOLAP) is required; additional relevant professional memberships are an asset.
  
• Experience/confidence in working independently with high degree of selfdirection and strong organizational skills.
  
• Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) including conflict resolution skills.
  
• Ability to use information technology (e.g. Microsoft Office and electronic medical records).
  
• Basic Life Support certification is required
