Internship - HR Recruitment mfd

Tasks

• Assist in the recruitment process including posting job ads screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Help maintain and update HR records and databases.
• Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• You have a completed university degree or vocational training in HR management
• You have a very conscientious structured and reliable way of working
• Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus
• Excellent speaking and writing in German and English
