Job Description:

As the Production Manager youll be entrusted with overseeing the safe efficient and continuous operation of our facility. Your role involves planning organizing and controlling production processes to ensure products are manufactured efficiently on time and within budgetary and quality standards. Responsibilities include enforcing safety policies promoting company values and coordinating activities between departments. Youll also be responsible for reporting accidents and equipment malfunctions promptly ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures and managing resources to meet production targets. Additionally youll assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and supervising employees to maintain a safe and productive environment. Your proactive approach to problemsolving and dedication to safety will be essential in achieving our production goals and meeting customer needs.
