Sr Accountant

• Reviewing quotations and creating the final invoices and credit notes based on Sales channels with policy applied .
  
• Maintaining Clear customer records & up to date recording & data.
  
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the related Sales revenue & receivables of Customers
  
• Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date credits and collections are applied uncollectible amounts are accounted for and miscellaneous differences are cleared.
  
• Monitor collection process of accounts receivable by dealing with related parties.
  
• Prepare analytical Reports and ratio analyses relevant to measuring the performance of Sales to Collection Process.
  
• Participating in other Finance & Accounting tasks
  
• Participating in preparing the TAX reports (related to sales).
  
• Fulfilling other tasks assigned by Chief Accountant
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a B2B fintech/SaaS environment.
  
• Strong understanding of financial concepts.
  
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.
  
• High level of accuracy efficiency and accountability.
  
• Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with accounting software.
  
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Proactive and organized approach to problemsolving and time management.
  
• Experience with ERP systems.
  
• Familiarity with SaaS/Fintech business models and their financial dynamics.
