Hey tech leaders! Our client is on the lookout for an Application Owner to lead their Microsoft Technologies portfolio. Youll own the full application lifecycle from inception through to operations maintenance and support. Your role involves directing the design build and golive phases of the SDLC providing leadership and guidance to developers business analysts and testers. If youre ready to lead complex projects and ensure the smooth operation of applications this could be your next big move!
Requirements
To excel in this role youll need:
- A related degree.
- At least 10 years of experience in full stack development with Microsoft technologies.
- Previous leadership experience in an applications development role within financial services.
- At least 7 years of experience in people management and technical leadership.
- Experience with cloudbased technologies (advantageous).
- Proficiency in multiple project methodologies (Agile Waterfall etc.).
- Strong technical credibility and the ability to lead a team of software developers.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
- A passion for people management and mentorship.
- Strong business judgment and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills and high attention to detail.
