Hey Oracle experts! Our client is seeking an Application Owner to manage their Oracle Technologies portfolio. Youll own the full application lifecycle from inception through to operations maintenance and support. Your role includes directing the design build and golive phases of the SDLC providing leadership to developers business analysts and testers. If youre a seasoned Oracle professional ready to take on a leadership role this opportunity is for you!
Requirements
To thrive in this role youll need:
- A related degree.
- At least 10 years of experience in Oracle development technologies.
- At least 10 years of experience in full stack development with Microsoft technologies.
- Oracle APEX and EBS financials/COTS systems experience (preferred).
- Previous leadership experience in an applications development role within financial services.
- At least 7 years of experience in people management vendor/3rd party management and technical leadership.
- Experience with cloudbased technologies (advantageous).
- Strong technical credibility and the ability to lead a team of software developers.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
- A passion for people management and mentorship.
- Strong business judgment and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills and high attention to detail.
