The School has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Motivated and engaging teacher to join us. You will be joining an incredibly dedicated caring and collaborative team.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has bachelors degree with Education (B.ed) and Bachelors and master degree in English.
- Has Minimum experience of 2 to 5 years.
- Are located in City Shamli(UP)
- Has high level of success in teaching across school children.
- Has strong Interpersonal communication written and spoken English
- Is enthusiastic imaginative and forward thinking
- Can inspire motivate and engage children to achieve and succeed
- Is able to form positive relationship with Children staff and parents
About the role:
Teaching:
- Plan and teach wellstructured lessons to assigned classes following the schools plans curriculum and scheme of work
- Assess monitor record and report on the learning needs progress and achievement of assigned students making accurate and productive use of assessments
- Adapt teaching to respond to the strength and needs of students
- Set high expectations which inspire motivate and challenge students.
- Promote good progress and outcome by students
- Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge
- Participate in arrangements for preparing students for external and internal tests
Organization Strategy and Development
- Contribute to the development implementation and evaluation of the schools policies practices and procedures to support the schools values and vision
- Make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school
- Work with other teaching staff on curriculum and students development to secure coordinated outcomes
- Play the role of substitute teachers in an unforeseen circumstances that another teacher is unable to teach.
Professional Development
- Take part in the Schools appraisal process
- Take part in further Training and Development in order to improve your own Teaching.
TGT English Teacher Qualification - Masters in english and B.Ed Experience - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Relevant teaching experience in English subjects in Junior College Candidates with strong NEET,JEE and other competitive exam related experience are preferable. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted Salary Range : 40k to 50k (based on the Interview)
