About The Role:

Were currently seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who excel in the Tech industry. This opportunity allows for remote work and were particularly interested in hearing from CSRs based in the Philippines. We have openings for both midlevel and senior roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone email and chat addressing enquiries resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
  • Utilise CRM systems to manage and document customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve processes address customer feedback and enhance overall service quality.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior team members fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service delivery.



Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2 years for midlevel 5 years for senior level) in customer service particularly within the Tech industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends if required.
