CDP oversee a section of the kitchen and the culinary team that ensures smooth kitchen and restaurant operations.
1- Innovate new menus and expert in chocolate recipes.
2- Assisting the executive chef and sous chef to define menu concepts and develop dishes.
3- Helping with the management of health and safety practices.
