Quality Engineer

Your Role:As a Quality Engineer you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our quality systems. Your responsibilities include managing customer specifications supporting change management facilitating the PPAP process and driving actions related to production quality concerns. Engage in problemsolving teams lead others and utilize datadriven analysis to improve quality and customer satisfaction.

Your Skills:

• Bachelors Degree required (Engineering or Chemistry preferred)
• 2 years of Quality experience in manufacturing (aerospace automotive electronics or related industry)
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
• Proficient in 8D A3 and root cause problemsolving methodology.
• Strong Microsoft Office and SAP skills
• Selfmotivated and detailoriented with excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to spend time on the manufacturing floor to gain knowledge and develop solutions
