Job Description:

As an Associate Dentist at Vail Family Dentistry youll be at the forefront of delivering topnotch dental care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Comprehensive Care: Conducting thorough examinations to diagnose and treat a variety of oral health issues utilizing stateoftheart technology and techniques
• Advanced Treatments: Providing a range of dental services from routine cleanings to more complex procedures ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care
• Patient Education: Empowering patients with knowledge about oral hygiene practices and posttreatment care fostering longterm dental health
• Collaborative Environment: Working alongside a supportive team sharing expertise and contributing to our shared goal of exceptional patient care

Qualifications and Skills:

• Expertise: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) with 05 years of experience Endodontic and implant experience preferred
• Licensing: State license to practice dentistry and CPR certification
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to use dental instruments and equipment with precision coupled with strong handeye coordination
• Soft Skills: Effective communication collaboration reliability and a serviceoriented mindset are essential for success in our teamoriented environment

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: Annual earning potential of $180000.00 $250000.00 including a guaranteed day rate and productionbased incentives:
• New Graduates: $650 $750 day rate
• Tenured: $800 day rate (D.O.E.)
