The Senior Data Scientist will play a critical role in leading advanced analytics projects developing cuttingedge machine learning models and providing strategic guidance to drive business growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead endtoend data science projects from problem formulation and data collection to model development implementation and evaluation.
• Apply advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze large and complex datasets and extract actionable insights.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the data science team fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into datadriven solutions and actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines and infrastructure to support ongoing analytics and machine learning initiatives.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science machine learning and related fields and evaluate emerging technologies for potential application in our projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science or a related field with a proven track record of leading successful data science projects.
• Expertise in machine learning techniques statistical analysis and predictive modeling with proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Java.
• Experience with advanced machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch scikitlearn) and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and present technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience mentoring junior team members and providing technical guidance and direction.
