Job Description

Position Summary:The Junior Technical Lead will play a key role in leading technical initiatives and guiding development teams to deliver highquality solutions. You will work closely with project managers developers and stakeholders to define project requirements scope and timelines and ensure successful project delivery. This role requires a combination of technical expertise problemsolving skills and leadership abilities. The ideal candidate is a motivated selfstarter with a passion for technology and a desire to grow and develop in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical initiatives and guide development teams in the design implementation and delivery of software solutions.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements scope and timelines and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers helping them grow and develop their skills.
  • Review technical designs code and architecture to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Identify technical risks and issues and proactively address them to minimize impact on project delivery.
  • Participate in code reviews testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of software solutions.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and technologies in software development and evaluate new tools and frameworks to improve our development process.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including designers testers and product managers to deliver highquality solutions on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2 years of experience in software development roles with a focus on web or mobile applications.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript Python Java or C#.
  • Experience with frontend and/or backend development technologies and frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles design patterns and best practices.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Leadership abilities with a desire to grow and develop as a technical leader.
