Senior Marketing Director

Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and strategicminded Senior Marketing Director with a minimum of eight years of experience to lead our marketing team and drive our companys marketing strategy forward. As the Senior Marketing Director you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives drive customer acquisition and retention and enhance brand equity. You will oversee a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to drive results and achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that support business objectives and drive revenue growth across various channels and markets.
2. Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns including advertising digital marketing content marketing social media events and PR.
3. Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals providing guidance feedback and support to drive performance and professional development.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales product and executive teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and priorities.
5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends customer insights and opportunities for growth and differentiation.
6. Drive brand strategy and positioning ensuring brand consistency and alignment across all marketing initiatives and touchpoints.
7. Establish and monitor key performance metrics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns and make datadriven decisions to optimize performance.
8. Manage marketing budgets forecasts and ROI analysis to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize marketing impact.
9. Cultivate and maintain relationships with external agencies partners and vendors to support marketing initiatives and drive results.
10. Stay abreast of industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in marketing and recommend innovative strategies to drive business growth and competitive advantage.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
2. Minimum of eight years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
3. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business results.
4. Leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire motivate and develop a highperforming marketing team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
6. Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and markets.
7. Strong understanding of digital marketing including SEO SEM email marketing social media and content marketing.
8. Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets forecasts and ROI analysis to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize marketing impact.
9. Creative thinking and problemsolving skills with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in marketing.
