Job Description
- Evaluate and address complex business LMS needs and research functionality, coordinate
demonstrations, and present options to manager and LMS administrators.
- A system subject matter expert for all lines of business-related tasks in the LMS. Assists in
troubleshooting any escalated learning administration activities and be a hands-on assistant and
coach/mentor to the Analyst at all times.
- Review the quarterly release process and associated activities past, present and future and
