E-store Manager

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Estore Manager to join our team. As the Estore Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of our online store. You will be in charge of managing the website inventory sales and customer service. This is a fulltime onsite position.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the overall operations of the online store including website maintenance product listings and inventory management.

Monitor and analyze sales performance identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic conversion rates and overall sales.

Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders including tracking shipments and managing returns and exchanges.

Oversee customer service operations including responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.

Stay uptodate with industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities and make necessary adjustments to the store.

Manage and train a team of ecommerce associates to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in ecommerce management preferably in the retail industry.

Strong understanding of online retail platforms and ecommerce best practices.

Proficiency in website management inventory management and data analysis.

Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills.

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Passion for pets and knowledge of the pet industry is a plus.
