Tender Project Purchasing Manager

Key Responsibilities (but Not Limited To)

• Develop the costing and procurement plan of the Tenders you have been allocated
• Act as single point of contact (Key Account Managers) for main subcontractors
• Handle 2 - 3 tenders / subcontracts simultaneously
• Work on establishing relationships through arranging regular management meetings between companies with in the background the follow-up of the subcontractor's performance in the project execution but also prospective opportunities (framework agreements, JVs, Consortium, etc.) linked to the clients subcontracted scopes across tenders and projects
• Together with Sales and Tender as well as Installation department consider partnerships, JVs and other forms of collaboration with main subcontractors to secure G&T's tender's risk and profitability profiles.
