We are seeking a creative and talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Junior Graphic Designer you will work closely with our senior designers and project managers to create visually appealing and effective designs for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with a few years of experience looking to grow their skills and gain valuable experience in the field of graphic design.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to understand project requirements and design briefs

Create highquality designs for various projects such as websites social media marketing materials and more

Use a variety of software and tools to create and edit designs including Adobe Creative Suite

Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs

Ensure all designs are in line with the companys brand and style guidelines

Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design skills

Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure timely delivery of projects

Assist with other designrelated tasks as needed

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field

12 years of experience in graphic design preferably in a fastpaced environment

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus

A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of design principles

Ability to take constructive criticism and incorporate feedback into designs

Passion for staying updated on design trends and techniques
