What youll do:

• Assist customers via phone email and online chat ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Answer questions about products orders deliveries returns and more.
• Build rapport with customers and demonstrate a clear understanding of the brands you represent.
• Be a problemsolver proactively identifying solutions and exceeding customer expectations.

Youre a great fit if you have:

• Fluency in French and English (written and verbal)
• A passion for excellent customer service
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

The Offer:

• Working hours: 10:00 am7:00 pm; 11:00 am 8:00 pm
• Salary: 2800 BGN gross
• Training: 2 weeks fullypaid (remotely)
