Inbound Lead Qualification Representative

• Hybrid (Must be based in Dublin)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Adherence to daily weekly and monthly KPIs
• Achieve individual targets and contribute to the team and clients overall goals
• Learn quickly and maintain a current comprehensive knowledge of clients products and services
• Serve as product and service advocate for the client building interest and awareness of the clients value proposition and assessing mutual fit
• Champion success stories and articulate the value to interested prospects
• Maintain strong lead and opportunity hygiene by tracking activities and updating records in a CRM
• Set appointments for sales teams according to specified qualification standards and maintain high engagement and conversion rates
• Provide actionable insights to market trends product feedback customer insights and learnings based on customer conversations.
• Proactively look for problems that can be solved creatively and present recommended solutions

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent English Speaker (C1) plus additional native language requirements as needed
• BA Degree/ Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in basic computer skills Microsoft Office GSuite and general sales tools such as CRMs.
• High confidence and ability to quickly build trust within the first call with strong soft skills to drive impact on the spot
• Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesize information
• Strong organization and time management coupled with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and followthrough
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Highly collaborative and highly organized individual
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Minimum 1year experience in a customerfacing role including elements of making
  recommendations to customers supporting in the buying process objection handling and customer service skills.
• Experience handling high volumes of incoming customer queries across various platforms and channels preferred
