OvertheRoad Experience and Freight Delivery

Once youve mastered the basics youll transition to the next phase where youll gain invaluable overtheroad experience. Partnering with an experienced driver youll live in the truck and embark on journeys delivering challenging freight. This phase offers realworld exposure to various driving conditions routes and cargo types allowing you to refine your skills and build confidence behind the wheel.

Continued Development and Team Collaboration

As you progress through the program youll have the opportunity to drive with a teammate and receive continued support from our training dispatch and safety teams. Regular checkins and ongoing mentorship will ensure your growth and development as a professional driver. With two schedule options to choose from youll have the flexibility to balance work and personal commitments while honing your craft on the road.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 21 years old.
• Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) or willingness to obtain one through companysponsored training.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening.
• Strong communication teamwork and problemsolving skills.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules including nights weekends and holidays.
