Professional Security Officer

As a Professional Security Officer you will be responsible for the security of the property and our clients. As a security officer you will be familiar with all sitespecific policies and procedures and implement emergency response activities as appropriate while providing superior customer service.

Requirements:
Be at least 21 years old.
Employee must successfully complete a background investigation and drug screening in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
You must speak English fluently
Speaking Spanish is also preferred.
Display exceptional communication and customer service skills must be able to communicate effectively in person and over the radio.
Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative wireless technology at specific client sites.
Ability to handle crises at the client site calmly and efficiently.
Remain flexible in the face of constantly changing environments; adapt well to different situations.
Availability of time and flexible schedules

Duties and responsibilities:
Patrol and secure the area.
Report security issues security breaches and unusual circumstances both verbally and in writing.
Monitoring and analysis of images from CCTV cameras.
Respond to alarms and emergencies.
Maintain a record of the incident report.
Report any irregularity to management.
Control visitors inside and outside the area.


Level of Experience:
1 year of experience in security and customer service.

Licenses
Class D Security (Mandatory) and verifiable

Deberes y responsabilidades:
Patrullar y asegurar el rea.
Informar problemas de seguridad violaciones de seguridad y circunstancias inusuales tanto verbalmente como por escrito.
Monitoreo y anlisis de imgenes de cmaras CCTV.
Responder a alarmas y emergencias.
Mantener un registro del informe del incidente.
Informar cualquier irregularidad a la direccin.
Controlar los visitantes dentro y fuera del rea.


Nivel de experiencia:
1 ao de experiencia en seguridad y atencin al cliente.
