B2 Level German Speaking Content Moderator

Role Overview:As a B2 Level GermanSpeaking Content Moderator you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our platform by reviewing analyzing and moderating usergenerated content in German. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all content meets our guidelines and standards contributing to a safe and enriching online experience for our users.

Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate usergenerated content in German including text images and videos to identify and address violations of our policies.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in content moderation adhering to established guidelines and protocols.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to escalate issues provide feedback and implement solutions for improving content quality.
• Stay informed about industry trends best practices and emerging threats related to content moderation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of moderation processes and tools through feedback and suggestions.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in German at a B2 level or above with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze content objectively and impartially.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to make decisions independently within a fastpaced environment.
• Familiarity with online platforms and social media trends.
• Prior experience in content moderation or customer support is desirable but not required.
