Responsibilities:

  1. Exceptional Customer Support: Your main role as a Remote DutchSpeaking Customer Advisor involves providing outstanding assistance to Dutchspeaking customers through various channels such as email chat and phone. Address inquiries offer product details process orders and efficiently resolve issues to ensure a positive customer journey.
  2. Order Handling: Manage customer orders by overseeing processing tracking and resolving any issues that may arise. Collaborate with internal teams logistics partners and suppliers to ensure timely and smooth order fulfillment.
  3. Product Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Stay updated on product features promotions and policies to effectively address customer queries.

  5. Feedback Gathering: Collect and document customer feedback suggestions and complaints to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement proactive measures and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Dutch (both verbal and written) is a prerequisite.
  • Proficient communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience in customer service or ecommerce is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customercentric mindset.
  • Proactive attitude and adaptability to a fastpaced environment.
