043 Project Manager - 2

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple energy efficiency and decarbonization projects through their entire lifecycle from conceptualization through implementation and project close out;
• Review and assess project scopes of work to ensure they align with program requirements and goals;
• Manage technical and costcontrol aspects of multiple ongoing projects with minimal supervision;
• Evaluate and constructively criticize contractor reports and deliverables from a technical logical and contractual perspective;
• Track deliverables and consistent follow up with project stakeholders ensure timely completion of milestones;
• Keep the program team abreast of project progress and issues as they arise using good judgement of when to escalate issues;
• Work with project stakeholders and Client staff to drive projects forward and support the dissemination of lessons learned into the market;
• Drive the contracting process forward to ensure timely execution of contracts;
• Develop and manage solid relationships with program partners and stakeholders engaging in productive and mutually beneficial relationships to accelerate investment in decarbonization and the energy management strategies that support decarbonization;
• Develop and present information to various audiences including Client staff and external stakeholders;
• Responsible for the organization and systematization of program materials files reference documents etc. in order to memorialize completed work and document the progress of ongoing work;
• Support program data analysis and reporting efforts;
• Develop an understanding of specific barriers to scaling clean energy investment and develop creative and thoughtful targeted high impact strategies to address them; and
• Suggest and implement recommendations for improvements to Client strategies and operations.
