AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with 23 years of experience of applying AI/ML techniques to solve business problems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing implementing and maintaining machine learning models and systems in TrusTrace. They should have a strong understanding of NLP machine learning and deep learning techniques as well as prior experience in developing models for text classification document analysis and/or building conversational AI systems.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify the key areas where AI/ML can lead to transformational impact inside the existing business or platforms
• Design develop and implement AI/ML models and systems for different modalities including NLP (preferred) and Computer Vision.
• Collaborate with technical architects and software engineers to build scalable efficient and reliable solutions
• Conduct experiments and evaluate performance of AI/ML models
• Optimize and finetune machine learning models for accuracy and speed
• Develop custom algorithms as needed to solve specific business problems
• Keep up to date with the latest research and advancements in NLP technologies
• Communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science
• 23 years of handson experience in machine learning NLP and deep learning techniques
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with relevant libraries (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch Keras scikitlearn)
• Experience with cloudbased machine learning platforms such as AWS SageMaker and/or Microsoft Azure
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
