KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Spread awareness about the Vision Mission Values & IMS policy of the organization. Ensure required ISO certifications are obtained and maintained.

Overall responsible for creating & maintaining simple and userfriendly IMS documentation of organization with support from other departments.

Review of IMS documents (procedures work instruction formats etc.) as per guideline before signoff and release.

Participate & support in continually maintaining & improving the organizations IMS for e.g. ISO certification IMS objectives etc.

Plan & Execution of IMS external audits. Coordinate with certification body for planning & execution of audits as per certification cycle.

Submission of systematic closure of external audit findings with relevant evidence.

Plan and conduct IMS internal audits / product & process audits. Follow up for closure of audit findings compilation of status and presenting in MRM.

Prepare & finalize Factory Acceptance Protocols (FAP) / Work Acceptance Protocol (WAP) Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) Quality plans IMS objectives/ KPIs IMS processes etc.

Participate in Cross Functional Teams (CFT) as active member to resolve quality issues and implement improvement initiatives for e.g. benchmark machines made by parent company.

Enhance internal customer satisfaction by providing timely service.

Coordinate and purchase of technical standards (e.g. ISO EN DIN standards)

Coordinate / organize Management Review Meetings (MRM) and monitor status of action points.

Preparation of various MIS pertaining to IMS Site NCRs

Setup a comprehensive nonconformance management process within the organization with focus on root cause analysis & corrective actions. Encourage & train people in the use of modern methods/techniques of data analysis. Monitor COPQ associated with NCRs.

Coordinate with various departments of plant (Mfg. Design PPC MM/VD etc.) for quick resolution of site complaints. Correction / RCA / CA.

Coordinate with Functional Service Heads (FSHs) to understand critical field issues and quick resolution. Prepare data for monthly Service NCR meeting.

Ensure and monitor site return material meetings being conducted as per defined frequency.

Ensure systems & work practices that enhance/support safety reduce ill health & protect the environment.

Directing and supporting persons under their control to contribute to the effectiveness of IMS.

Participate & contribute to Aspect Impact analysis & HIRA and implement identified control measures.

Participate & contribute to successful implementation of ISO 38342 EN ISO 150852 & ISMS.
