CAD DesignerDeveloper - Hybrid in Houston TX - W2

Experience managing full product life cycle (requirements scope including CR s cost schedule testing quality and post deployment support etc.).
Experience streamlining 3D (CAD/CAE/PLM) processes to have seamless integration with applications including: Windchill FEA/CFD Tools and custombuilt software.
Identify and manage project risks and issues.

Primary Skills:
* 5 or more years of industry experience in in 3D (CAD/CAE/PLM) product development and/or integration
* Knowledge of CAD modeling software such as Creo Smart Marine 3D Aveva s TRIBON CATIA ProE Ship Constructor AutoCAD or equivalent will be an advantage
* Experience in preparing 3D Geometry for Simulation (FEA/CFD) will be preferred
* Proven experience and knowledge of the full software development life cycle systems development environment with project management responsibility
* Agile development training or related experience is a plus
* Drives flawless execution of daytoday software development as well as continuous improvement initiatives and the management of critical projects and programs
* Strong planning prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and handle changing priorities
* Ability to identify problems research issues and collaborate with others to provide options for resolution
* Handson leader with the ability to quickly bond with the business management team and forge strong sustainable relationships with both the business and technical teams
* Demonstrated experience managing multiple enterpriselevel custom development projects as well as supporting products and working with endusers for support and enhancements
* Ability to undertake short and longterm planning to provide for efficient and effective scheduling of work on the project
