Job description

As part of our hypergrowth strategy we are recruiting an Events Apprenticeto strengthen our Marketing team. Your main tasks will be as follows:

• Supporting in the organization for events mainly in France.
• Supporting in the event organization process and execution: e.g. booth design logistics invitations booth content and event staffing schedules.
• Create preevent briefings and post event reports (with quantitative and qualitative feedback).
• Maintain contact with suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Build trustful work relationships with internal departments for event delivery.
• Work closely together with Marketing Managers to help define and create content for events.
• Utilize the CRM system to collect and report on opportunities and leads.

About you

You are enrolled in a Masters in Business and have at least oneprevious experience in Event management.

Hard skills :

• English and French required (reading writing and speaking)
• Knowledge ofSalesforce

Soft skills :

• Handson versatile organized and multitasking skills
• Great eye for quality and consistency
• Very goodverbal and interpersonal skills
• Team player
