ASSOCIATE GROUP ENGINEER - HIGHWAY

Project Manager/ Team leader of large design teams.

Provide technical guidance within design teams with minimal external guidance.

Preparing a budget, resourcing, and delivering to the budget and agreed time frame.

Ultimately responsible for correct delivery.

Active contributor to technical promotion e.g. internal case studies, papers etc

Produces design solutions from outline briefs and, correctly interprets data and communicates it to others

Undertake multi-discipline project management with experience in providing full project management and lead consultant duties.

Managing own workload and the workload of subordinates within a matrix management structure.

Takes responsibility for writing effective sections of technical reports

Active and responsible for the technical growth of subordinates.

Take an active role in our client’s community through its national and international forum to share best practices and pursue joint initiatives.

Apply Atkins Quality, Safety & Environmental (QSE) standards and Business Management System (BMS).
