Site Development Civil Engineer

Growing fullservice firm looking to add a talented Site Development Civil Engineer to their Cleveland Ohio team!

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with difference reviewing agencies/jurisdictions with various states for permitting approvals
  
• Collaborate with team members/clients
  
• Provide technical oversight to design process for site development/stormwater management
  
• Ensure junior staff meets QA/QC standards
  
• Mentor/train junior staff
  
• Provide administrative oversight including developing communicating and tracking workflow tasks scheduling QA/QC and making sure project documents are consistent with project plans and within scope/budget
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering
  
• 5 years of site development design experience
  
• PE License preferred
  
• Extensive experience in land planning sustainability design and implementation
  
• Proficient in site parking lot design
  
• Ability to confidently work within AutoCAD Hydrographs/Hydraflow Storm Sewers (or other technical stormwater programs)
  
• Experience with Storm/Sanitary Analysis preferred
  
• General experience with construction administration
  
• Leadership experience
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
